  • Thanks for the feedback by Douglas Stone and Sheila Heen - I learnt how to give and receive effective feedback. Clarified what goes on in the receiver’s mind when they receive the feedback.

  • Turn the ship around by L David Marquet - I learnt about leader-leader approach, showcasing how empowering team members with control and responsibility fosters trust, engagement, and high performance.

  • The score takes care of itself by Bill Walsh - I learnt the importance of focusing on leadership, discipline, and a culture of excellence, where success naturally follows from consistently doing the right things.
